Questions
What does the $49 cover?
Setting up WordPress and Divi, writing your first pages, your security certificate, and the first year of a new domain. If the address you pick costs us more than $20 for its first year, only the difference is added, and you see it before you pay.
What does the $15 a month cover?
Hosting, automatic security updates, nightly backups, the firewall, the Divi license and keeping your plugins up to date.
What happens to my domain after the first year?
It renews at its normal yearly price, which we show you when you pick it. It's always your domain.
Can I install any plugin?
Pick from our trusted list when you sign up and we install them for you. You can ask for others any time: popular, actively maintained plugins with no known security problems are approved. We handle installs so a bad plugin can't take your site down.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. You get your own WordPress login and the Divi drag-and-drop builder to change anything.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your domain stays yours.
